You can’t buy individual maps as such. What you need to do is buy the full version of the app. XtremeSoaring 1 (Zeltweg) & 2 (Utah) both have a free version, and both have a full version you can buy (about 4 GBP in the UK, I think). The full version gives you 3 extra maps and 2 extra gliders (high-performance single seaters). If you have the full version, you can still fly online with people who only have the free one. The only difference between versions 1 and 2 is a different set of maps. Zeltweg (Austria), Santiago (Chile), Omarama (NZ) and Oahu (Hawaii) on v1. Utah (USA), La Motte du Caire (French Alps), Innsbruck (Austria) and Varese (Italy) on v2.
Free versions of both have 1 glider (ASK21) and 1 map (Zeltweg for v1 or Utah for v2). Full versions have access to the other 3 maps in the set, plus two high-performance single-seat sailplanes.

I upgraded to the paid 3D version what is the difference between that and 3D 2?
